Payment Method

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan

  • Online payment directly to the official Zainab Batool account (optional)

Customers should not make any payment to delivery riders online. Payment should only be made according to the official payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped through our courier partner PostEx. Delivery usually takes 3–4 working days after shipment, depending on the customer’s location.

Customers may receive official delivery updates from PostEx WhatsApp, including rider details and delivery information.

Open Parcel Policy

Customers are allowed to open and check the parcel in front of the rider before completing the payment to ensure satisfaction with the order.
