All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours after confirmation. Our team carefully checks and packs every order to ensure that you receive your product in perfect condition.

We proudly ship our orders through PostEx, one of the most trusted and reliable courier services in Pakistan. Our goal is to ensure safe and timely delivery of your parcel.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, it usually arrives within 3–4 working days, depending on your city and location. Delivery time may be slightly longer during public holidays, sales periods, or unexpected courier delays, but we always try our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

When your parcel reaches your city (destination), you will receive an official message from PostEx on WhatsApp. This message will include:

  • Rider name

  • Rider contact number

  • Delivery code

  • Delivery notification

This helps ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process.

Open Parcel Facility

For your satisfaction and trust, we provide an Allowed to Open Parcel option. Customers can open and check the parcel in front of the rider before completing the payment. This allows you to verify your order and feel confident about your purchase.

Payment Method

All our orders are shipped with Cash on Delivery (COD) and Free Home Delivery across Pakistan.

Please note:

  • Customers do not need to make any online payment to the rider.

  • Payment should be made only through Cash on Delivery at the time of receiving the parcel.

If you prefer advance payment, you may complete the payment directly to the official Zainab Batool company account at the time of order confirmation.

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery details, including name, phone number, and full address, to avoid any delivery delays.
