Open Parcel Facility
We provide an Allowed to Open Parcel option for your satisfaction. Customers can open and check the parcel in front of the rider before making the payment. If there is any issue with the product, you can contact our support team immediately.
Return Process
If you need to request a return, please follow these steps:

Once approved, we will arrange the return through our courier partner PostEx.
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.
